Slow and steady, snail, bottle and coin help you navigate Slow Wine Guide 2012 for its first U.S edition.
• The Snail, the Slow Food symbol, signals a cellar that has distinguished itself through its interpretation of sensorial, territorial, environmental and personal values in harmony with the Slow Food philosophy
• The Bottle, allocated to cellars that show a consistently high quality throughout their range of wines
• The Coin, an indicator of great value
You can celebrate publication by attending one of the General Public session offered after Media-Trade Session during Slow Wine 2012 USA Tour with 3 stops in New York (January 30, 2012), Chicago (February 2) and San Francisco (February 4).
100 to 140 wines from the guide will be featured.
Tickets will range from $30 to $40 depending on the event and include a copy of the book plus a commemorative wine glass.
