The Museum of Modern Art in New York is sprucing up its food offerings by having Danny Meyer of ‘Union Square Cafe’ fame taking care of its restaurants and cafes.
For the Cafeteria on Level 2, he took some inspiration from places he ate at in Rome as a Student.
For ‘The Modern’ , he enlisted the help of 2 Frenchmen, sommelier Stephane Colling and Alsace born Gabriel Kreuther, the chef.
