European wireless and broadband company ‘Orange’ decided in its new campaign ‘The future’s bright’ to rekindle emotional ties with its customers. One of the ads is called ‘Blackout’ and takes place in New York during the 2003 power blackout . It tells the story of a visitor to the city who finds out that New Yorkers opened up when the electricity grid went down. The company also sponsors the Orange Prize for Fiction that celebrates english language’s women writers.
