They suggest 10 feel-good foods for Christmas and the Holidays. They list Smoked Salmon, Turkey, Cranberries, Cabbage, Carrots, Parsnips, Roast Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts and the more British Mince Pies and Christmas Pudding. Sounds like a lot of things in C.
The article is followed by 10 recipes using these foods including an interesting Roast Turkey and Cranberry Wellington. I would also try the Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta.
