In that case, I bet you do not spend your time digging for new grapes or wine varietals to discover.
You are content with Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet, Merlot and maybe (post Sideways) Pinot Noir.

I will not write about wine from Brittany (Apple Cider Rules there) or New Jersey (I don’t think my adopted state can claim any homegrown grapes).
