We learn that he is partial to a Vodka Martini, Belvedere that Is, wants Brine Cured Green Olives to garnish his cocktail and Blue Cheese to I guess stuff the Olives.
He does put a touch of Vermouth in his mix.
I know many bartenders who do not.
