While helping someone recently (wearing my Concierge hat) I could not help but notice the positive energy that the person was showing.
That person was in pain but chose to focus on how much better than others her life was rather than feel sorry for herself.
Every situation can be looked upon that way, I guess.
The current economic woes in the US can be an opportunity to find cheaper housing, thinking about diversifying our work/income portfolio so we do fall off our stool if one of the legs fail ( I call that the 5 legged seat).
Doing things for others without gain in mind can still bring rewards in unexpected ways.
Turning philosophical on a Thursday afternoon I guess.
