Meandering has its virtues as a trip to Flickr looking at the photo album of Erika led me to the Fraiche Yogurt counter in Palo Alto.
I used to make my own yogurt years ago before I became The French Guy from New Jersey so I was thrilled and nostalgic when finding out about Fraiche Yogurt’s existence, a`haven for homemade and organic to boot yaourt (as we French call it).
From the picture above by none other than the world famous Robert Scoble aka Scobleizer, it looks like a trip to the Yogurt Bar if there was such a thing.
Silicon wafers are not an option I think.
Let me know if I am wrong.
The shop is run by a pair of friends, Patama Roj and Jessica Gilmartin.
After trekking around Europe they thought "that Americans were missing out and were excited to bring back yogurt in its
traditional, homemade form: wholesome, delicious, and incredibly good
for you!" (end of quote) so they decided to remedy to that.
I cannot wait to pay them a visit.
A yogurt a day, some of my current favorites are from Wallaby and Liberte.
