Up in the northern part of the Rhone Valley (Chavanay to be precise, near Condrieu), Yves Cuilleron makes some amazing and sometime pricey wines.
He also offers this Sybel Rosé, Vin de Pays des Collines Rhodaniennes, 100% Syrah (13% alcohol).
The wine (2007 Vintage) is dry, its color a bit deeper than most of the Rosé that I have been tasting so far.
Enjoy it with some spicy food or a summer salad, perfect for lunch, around $15.
So far the second best I have tasted this year after the Fabrice Gasnier from Chinon.
