Maybe I should have looked up recipes of Financier (the cake that is) what Bea of La Tartine Gourmande calls A Cake of Real Gold instead of going down the slippery slope of Stew which comes in many flavors.
Amongst the stew options was one with Brittany roots, Cotriade, a fish stew.
Check The Recipe (in French) from Sel De Guerande (Guerande Salt). Don't forget the Potatoes.
In one of these meandering paths, Cotriade led me to Breizh Cola, le Cola de Bretagne from Phare Ouest (pictured above) which I never heard of and probably will never taste as Cola drinks are really not my thing.
I would rather try their Limonade Morgane to tell the truth.
