For a week-end, December 5 and 6, 38 Chateaux in Pessac Leognan appellation open their doors to Bordeaux wine lovers.
The 38 participating Chateaux are:
Haut-Brion, Château Haut-Bacalan, Château Pape Clément*, Château de
Rouillac, Château Seguin, Château Pontac-Monplaisir, Château Bardins,
Château Baulos-Charmes, Château Bouscaut*, Château Brown, Château
Carbonnieux*, Château de France, Domaine de Grandmaison, Château
Haut-Bergey, Château Haut-Lagrange, Château Haut-Plantade, Château
Larrivet-Haut-Brion, Château de Léognan, Château La Louvière, Château
Mancèdre, Château Le Pape, Château Pont Saint-Martin, Château Le
Sartre, Château Ferran, Château La Garde, Château Haut-Nouchet, Château
Lafargue, Château Latour-Martillac*, Château de Malleprat, Château
Mirebeau, Château de Rochemorin, Château Smith Haut Lafitte*, Domaine
de La Solitude, Château Le Bruilleau, Château d'Eyran, Domaine du
Pontet"
I am not sure if there is any fee for these individual visits.
7 amongst the 38, Châteaux de Pessac-Léognan, Château Bardins, Château Couhins-Lurton*,
Château La Garde, Château Haut-Bergey, Château Larrivet-Haut-Brion,
Château Luchey-Halde, Château Smith Haut Lafitte , are offering dinner combined with tasting on December 5.
A rare chance to get acquainted with great wines in a unique setting.
No freebie here, seating is limited.
A limited number of tickets can be purchased for 55 € per person.
Registration and payment must be made by Bank Card or Check (some people still accept these) to Syndicat Viticole de Pessac-Léognan – 1, cours du XXX
Juillet – 33 000 BORDEAUX.
