Better be early than late is what the Event Person at Borough Market must have been thinking.
Since it might be hard to get a Scotsman or woman to be there on Burns Night, they decided to host a pre-Burns Night Celebration.
Here's what's on the Program:
"In anticipation of Burns Night on January 25, Borough
Market is holding a Hebridean and Scottish-themed event in the Jubilee
market on January 21.
With a day-long focus on Hebridean and Scottish
produce, there will be cooking demonstrations from Graham Harvey and
Sheila McConachie, owners of Craggan Mill Restaurant and authors of The Whisky Kitchen, and The Royal Scottish Country Dance Society
London Branch will perform a range of country and highland dances,
accompanied by the Alba Pipe Band."
