Michael Maharam, owner of the eponymous textile company and an avid bicycle collector, along with master builder Sacha White of Vanilla Bicycles in Portland, Oregon designed an exhibit around this quest for perfection.
Don't try to rush there today April 1st to see it.
The joke would be on you as Bespoke: The Handbuilt Bicycle at Museum of Arts and Design on Columbus Circle in New York opens on May 11 and runs until Mid-August.
On a side note, I like the MAD Museum moniker better.
