No pixie dust but there will be Tea and Fantasy at Real Food Festival 2010 in Earls Court, London from May 7 to May 10.
New on this year is a Mad Hatter Tea Party that Alice would not have disapproved of.
The program puts responsibility for it squarely on the shoulders of these parties:
and her Rare Tea Company to create something truly sensational at the
heart of the Festival."
What does the Rare Tea Company stand for?
I cannot help but agree with Henrietta (pictured below) on these 2 lines on their site:
companies offer you a huge range from the mediocre to the good. Rare Tea
is not that sort of company. We sample the finest and just select the
best."
The other party, Tregothnan is a family estate with roots going back all the way to 1335 and producing Tea, Honey, Kea Plum Jam, Biscuits, Chocolate, Flowers…
To keep the British note, the good people of Sipsmith will offer their Gin.
Of course, Real Food Festival has much more to offer, I'll let you browse through the program and make your own discoveries.
