Chocolate and wine, chocolate and scotch, chocolate and perfume is not the first thing that springs to mind.
It takes a creative spirit like London based chocolatier William Curley to come up with such ideas.
When you think about it for a few minutes, many chocolates use spices, fruits and herbal tones so there might be more to explore than first considered.
"On July 26th, William Curley and Robert Gorman from Miller
Harris will host the evening and talk guests through the ways in which
the complex flavours of chocolates and floral notes of fragrances
complement each other to create an exciting and unique fusion for the
senses.
Guests will experience eight chocolate and fragrance
pairings, champagne, and homemade canapés."
Where: William
Curley, 198 Ebury Street (Belgravia Shop) in London from: 6.45pm –
8.30pm.
Tickets
cost £30 per person.
