While I trying to beat the clock in the marathon that the Summer Fancy Food Show was, I was glad to visit the good people of Burgundy and get some Nonettes and then Traou Mad ans Galettes de Pont Aven from the Brittany contingent.
Those were some of the afternoon treats I might have for Le Gouter, after school.
Nonettes are small honey cakes I got courtesy of Apidis. These by Les Ruchers de Bourgogne were filled with a red fruit jam.
A few minutes later, I was visiting Bretagne Gourmet and Olivier was kind enough to treat me to a sample of their Traou Mad and Galettes de Pont-Aven, classic Breton cookies.
Too bad their Crepes Dentelles were filled with cheese. I stick with the plain ones
