In case any milk chocolate fan is reading this all 3 bars are made with dark chocolate, all 60 % Cacao so not overly rich if you are still feeling your way to darker, stronger sensations.
Let's start wit Coco, shredded coconut, roasted almonds and Indonesian spices (Cinnamon and Coriander), sweet, sexy, cool.
I had tried Panko breadcrumbs on crabcakes and as a crust for fish but never in Chocolate, Panko is made with panko breadcrumbs and sea salt and seems to have been inspired by chocolate covered pretzels, above all I like its crunchiness and the added kick from the sea salt.
As for Coffee & Anise, I could use it as an alternative to a late afternoon espresso. Dark chocolate infused with ground espresso. The licorice flavors from the star anise brings a nice contrast to the coffee bitterness.
