For each age group, there is a Best Decade.
For some it's the Eighties and if they make the trek to 80's Rewind Festival they will get a large serving of 80's Acts including Heaven 17, Level 42, Marc Almond, Kid Creole, Curiosity Killed the Cat and Rick Astley.
Not to be nitpicking but 10CC and The Beat came a bit earlier than that.
Since many of those who grew up during that decade are now in their 40's if not 50's, they want their creature comforts which the event aims to provide with the Posh Wash Village where you get a ticket like at the Deli and wait until your name is called for a shower.
Don't want to drive to Henley-on-Thames where 80's Rewind takes place, trains are running courtesy of First Great Western from London Paddington station to Henley on August 21 and 22. You then have 2 options, walking the 1.5 miles to the festival or taking the boat shuttle.
Let there be music, this summer of 2010.
