The Travelista page of How to spend it (October 2) shares a nice view of Villa Amalfi on Lake Atitlan (Guatemala). The palette of colors, pool at the forefront and mountains in the back makes you want to visit this Blue Parallel property.
Unfortunately I went to check the Blue Parallel website which was not helpful as it is not complete.
Another travel venture I-escape which lists 3 properties around the lake does the right thing with an abundance of details on each of them and the area's attractions and history.
They note that "the Maya consider Lago de Atitlán to be the centre of the universe" and also that "Aldous Huxley declared it the most beautiful lake in the world".
The view from the deck of Villa Sumaya in Santa Cruz, one of the 3 rental properties they share, has a magic feel to it.
Villa Sumaya has 15 rooms and is run by Wendy Stauffer, a California girl who came to visit 16 years ago and never left.
Anyone should be able to get their Zen back sitting there and getting lost in the scenery.
