One of my favorite week-end outings of the year is the Chocolate Show which I usually visit on Sunday.
This all cacao event is back in New York for its 13th edition from November 11 to November 14, 2010.
65 chocolate producers will compete for our attention and our senses.
I just checked the exhibitors list and noticed a few new names like Les Chevaliers d' Argouges known for their mendiants and papillottes, Christophe Roussel, a pastry chef and chocolatier from La Baule.
From the US, Co Co.Sala based in Washington, DC does not ring a bell.
Luxembourg will be represented by Genaveh, another stop I need to make.
Will I save Spices and Tease for last.
As in previous editions, there will be demos and book signings
Kids are not forgotten with book signing for Tina Cocolina: Queen of the Cupcakes (Random House, published October 26), a 6 Feet Long Chocolate Train display by Carl Warner and Candy Decorating tips by Dylan Lauren from her new book Unwrap your Sweet Life (Clarkson Potter).
Parents who bring the kids and want to have fun can always sign them the little one for activities at the Kid Zone.
This will be my 5th NY Chocolate Show.
