Unfortunately, Henri Le Roux is not coming to New York for the NY Chocolate Show 2010 (November 12 to 14).

He was present at twin event Le Salon du Chocolat in Paris last week-end.

Henri Le Roux brought a few new creations.

Grandcru

If I had to pick one it would be the 'Grand Cru' Box.

Like good wine for cacao.
