One of the Italian producers, Guido Gobino, is proud to offer Gluten Free products and always innovating like with their new specialty Hazelshock, hazelnut powder not to be 'chewed or swallowed' they say. Your mouth melts it.
After their Egyptian bar a year ago, they produced a limited edition Indian themed bar (extra bitter, 63% Cocoa) for a book fair in Italy (picture below).
I cannot remember meeting Tancredi and Alberto Alemagna, the 2 brothers behind T'a Chocolates before.
