The Harley Davidson Museum in Milwaukee hosts the 5th edition of the Chili Bowl benefiting Hunger Task Force on January 30, 2011 from Noon to 5 PM.
- Port of Call: Smoked beef briskett chili with homemade chili powder. The will have a regular version of it a spicy version.
- Motor at H-D Museum: Roadhouse Chili: With Wisconsin cheddar, red onions and sour cream – it packs a wallop to your taste buds.

- The Fast Foodie: Indian Curry Chili (Two options; Vegetarian or served with Chicken)
- Mulligan's Irish Pub and Grill: Veggie Chili: Smoked Poblano & White Bean Chili and its Award-winning Tradtional chili
- Chili Lili's Chili Bar: Vegetarian chili, "Cuban" Chili to compete in the Unique Class, and the "Menomonee Street Magma" to compete in the Spiciest
