I did not know Richard Hetzler before nor have I had the opportunity to taste his cooking at Mitsitam Cafe in National Museum of the American Indian in Washington D.C
For those like me who have not visited the restaurant yet, Richard selected some of his recipes and shares them in The Mitsitam Cafe Cookbook co-published by the National Museum of the American Indian and Fulcrum Publishing in November 2010.
I will hopefully have a chance to do a short interview with Richard at Book Expo America in New York next week.
Today, I serve a quick recipe from his book, a Cranberry Crumble.
