I was looking forward to my first Vinexpo in Bordeaux with the 2011 edition.
The call of duty (client work) will keep me in hot and humid New Jersey.
The news are trickling in of what I will miss.
For example I will not be able to quench my thirst with Clairette de Die cocktails from Jaillance which will be poured daily at Vinexpo from 5 to 6 PM and served as Sorbet flavor for the lunch crowd (12 to 12:30 PM).
I had not realized until now that besides its fine taste and attractive price, some of these Clairette de Die wines are made with organic grapes.
Pour me a glass to go with my lunch salad.
