I was surprised to read that "Vancouver counts thousands of mom-and-pop sushi joints. Many offer combination specials featuring 18 pieces of sushi plus a miso soup for around $6."
In the international options, Remy also mentions, Korean bibimbap which I have to confess is a complete unknown to me. Molyna enlightens us on bibimbap which she says is "very popular in Korea, but many foreigners are more familiar with Kalbi."
