Small tasks can be the hardest one to accomplish as I am reminded while running errands for clients.
One of the items on my to-do-list yesterday was findind a Welcome Back card.
There were many Christmas, Thanksgiving, Get Well Soon, New Baby, New Home and other categories.
I had to fall back on a Congratulations card as I could not find any Welcome Back card in any of the 3 major stores I visited.
Of course there are plenty of free 'Welcome Back' e-cards available on the web but a real printed greeting card is more personal.
Welcome Back greeting cards are like a written hug.
It could be for many of the soldiers coming back home soon, a friend who spent time abroad, a colleague returning to work after a maternity leave, an illness, surgery, I could add many other instances to the list.
So dear Hallmark, Shoebox, American Greetings, Papyrus and other greeting card publishers, consider creating a new category.
A quick alternative is to print one of the Welcome Back Postcard designs offered on sites like Zazzle which lists 3800 choices including the 'little school house' design above by Lush Laundry available for $1.25…
Before printing, you can customize cover with name of recipient and add a personal message inside.
