* Modern : Shrimp, Shiso and Eryngi Mushrooms
* Fusion : Chicken, Bean Sprouts and Curry
Session takes place at Japanese Culinary Center in New York on May 17, 2011 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Cost is $30 per person.
