Merry Christmas, Joyeux Noel for all those of you who celebrate.
If you are not part of the whole brouhaha because you are from a different faith or turned off by the mercantilism, enjoy the day off or even better a long week-end.
I have not made a Buche de Noel in a while but will do my best to put a decent one together with butter cream and chocolate.
