Accompanied by steamed asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes it made for a simple yet tasty meal.
It belongs to the Cod family, is light, easy to cook and health wise said to deliver the right dose of good cholesterol. It will not break your budget either as one of the cheapest fish offerings on the market.
