Trying to fill the blanks and the big gaps in my knowledge of all things biodynamic and organic as far as wine is concerned, I made a stop on Organic Wine Journal…
The title makes it sound like a scientific journal but once you start to did in, you realize that they have good taste. At least in my view since they showcase Loire Valley wines like this 2002 Olga Raffault Chinon “Les Picasses”.
My quick stop at Organic Wine Journal in turn put Counter, a self described Organic Wine and Martini Bar/ Slash Vegetarian Bistro on Serge the Concierge map.
Is the garnish on cocktails organic?

Strawberries; French vanilla
& hazelnut ice cream.
Wine pairings are suggested and available for $25 per person.
