How Public Services treat us as Customers, for Efficiency Kudos to the French Consulate in New York

I must say that I am impressed by the speed at which my French passport was renewed by the French Consulate. As I mentioned in a previous post, I went to their offices in New York on Tuesday morning. Besides the pleasant manner and professionalism of their staff, I was surprised when the mailman delivered my new passport a few minutes ago. All it took was 48 hours with the prepaid Express Mail enveloppe I left with with my application. So I must say thanks and Kudos to their staff for a job well done.
