Mickey Butts wrote a fine piece in Food & Wine magazine on ‘Wine Blogs’

I realize that most of us do not always want (or have the time) to meander around the Web to find good Blog Writing on Wine. Mickey Butts gave us his Seven Best Wine Blogs in a piece published in October 2005 in Food and Wine magazine. This is a good place to start. My personal first choice would be Vinography by Alder Yarrow in San Francisco.
As a footnote: 2 recent wine discoveries of mine (both red) are Marco Real ‘Tempranillo’ (2003) from Navarra in Spain (an Eric Solomon selection) and Dievole ‘Dievolino Rosso di Sangiovese’ (2003)from Tuscany, Italy. I started trying more italian wines lately.
