To follow up on my pre-thanksgiving post, here are the wines I actually poured on Thanksgiving. I started with the ‘Mas Fondreche (Cotes du Ventoux) O’sud’ (2003)
from Sebastien Vincenti and Didier Robert, a simple red from Mazan (southeast France) and then moved on to Burgundy with a Moulin a Vent from ‘Domaine de la Tour du Bief’ Comte de Sparre 2003 a much richer, full bodied juice.
