Down to its japanese influenced logo, OBIKA is Italy’s twist on the Sushi Bar Concept. Except this time the base ingredient is Buffalo Mozzarella from Campania.
They also offer a variety of regional products from around Italy such as the ‘Cinta Cenese‘ salami from Tuscany which I have never tried along with a selection of local wines and mineral waters.
OBIKA currently counts 3 locations, in Rome, Milan and London.
If you want to dig deeper on this topic, the Mozzarella Company offers its Mozzarella History along with a number of recipes.
Bon Appetit !
