Do you feel like you have to check every mail, each text message,
answer each phone call as soon they come? Should you turn off the
communication spigot at times so you can start and finish tasks, take a
nap or relax the mind.
In this ‘Age of Interruption‘ can we turn our days into better ones by reducing our availability to others to times of our choosing.
I personally reduce the interruptions by not sharing my cell phone with everyone. I give it only to people who need to reach me.
If my schedule is crowded, I give specific times when I can be reached on these days.
