OK, now the new cell phones have been delivered and work, so after problems have been solved why does ATT Wireless decides to annoy me by day after day sending the same e-mail advising that I can view my bill online.
I deal with a number of companies such as 37 Signals who don’t send paper invoices.
I get their electronic communication once a month and that’s it.
I wished ATT Wireless had instead contacted me when I needed an answer on billing issues and never heard from them.
So a word of advice to ATT Wireless and others, send a notice once, at most twice, more than that becomes junk.
