The wave of troubles affecting Terminal 5 are giving the hiccups to the rest of Heathrow Airport states The Independent.
There is talk of airlines seeking compensation as British Airlines is delaying by a few weeks the transfer of flights from Terminal 4 to T5.
The UK government points the finger at BAA who manages the airport stating that "the fiasco at Heathrow’s Terminal 5 has "damaged London" and BAA, the airports operator, must take responsibility for the economic cost to the British capital" according to Ministers blame BAA for fiasco at Heathrow (FT, April 12).
