What's happening in the Typepad sphere is not all tech tips, marketing and all, there are also people using their 'megaphone' to do good deeds as many of us did in December with Menu for Hope 5.
A good example of that is David Armano of Logic+Emotion who started the Daniella's Apartment Fund to help a young mother of 3 get back on her feet and put a roof over their head.
So far it raised over $15,000 via 500 donors.
The call to action runs until February 5th.

Funny coincidence that I just got a copy of his book in the mail a couple of days ago as a thank you for my participation in Blog Action Day 2008 on October 15.
I just wish it was graced by a better cover.
