One Night a Week Chef, 6 Other Nights he is Too Busy with the Rest
Rhonda May of CityFood Magazine in Vancouver says she spotted a new trend at restaurants with celebrity chefs.
Instead of Tweeting their specials, events, wine discoveries they are kind enough to share with you that rare occasion when their star is actually in the house.
He might even be cooking.
Some of them have talented lieutenants.

It’s not such a bad marketing idea. Restaurants can use their star chefs as the lure on nights when business is slow, and let the busy nights take care of themselves.
