After making some comments about the technical 'meltdown' experienced by TD Bank, I went online to see what the tenor of the conversation was.
I would qualify it as 'pissed off'.
What surprised me most is that besides making the usual statements to the press, TD Bank seems pretty absent from the online conversation.
They should be there doing at least some explaining and reassuring customers on fees, funds availability and the like to start with.
Not being present allows the rumor mill to build.
When I had customer issues with Comcast and wrote about it at least I noticed that they picked up ther noise and contacted me.
Maybe TD Bank does not know how to deal with social networks and the like.
They can always contact me and others, We'll be glad to share what we read and heard.

Seems like Friday some of the staff was not on message yet, rather than soothe clients telling them money was not available (all these overdraft charges popping up).
