You have to 'chercher la femme' in the Chefs Line Up though. I could find only 4 of them, Liza Shaw of A 16 in San Francisco, Anastasia Simpson, the pastry heart of Inn at Spanish Bay, Gina dePalma known for her pastry work at Babbo and Sherry Yard, pastry maven for Wolfgang Puck.
As you notice, 3 out of 4 are pastry chefs.
It does not take away from what the event has to offer as Alder of Vinography notes in Pebble Beach Food and Wine 2010 (March 27).
When was the last time you started the day with a Domaine de la Romanee Conti-Echezeaux Retrospective Tasting as happens on Saturday, April 10 (10 AM to 11: 15 AM).
