I am not having a Sake flavored Lunch if you wondered.
I was searching for a wine spot in Corsica and instead landed in the land of sake.
I got an appetite for a tasty lunch looking at La Cuisine au Sake ('Cooking with Sake') on Le Blog du Sake (French Only).
Main dish favorite is Urchin Stuffed Rouget with Sake Beurre Blanc (above).
On the sweet side, I would have to go with Sake Infused Pear and Prune Compote (below).
Both recipes are in French only.
