I don't believe the Dessert Bar by William Curley will serve liquor so the only side effects you might experience upon leaving the place will be a sugar high.

Chocolate fondant

Amongst the few things that might land in front of you, count Chocolate Fondant (above), Moelleux au Chocolat or Chocolate and Piedmont Hazelnut Cremeux with Orange compote and Muscavado Icecream.

They offer this quote of Ewan Venters proclaiming the end of the 3 course meal:

"I think we'll see more dessert-based shop-restaurants opening – people will break off from one restaurant and wander down the high street to have dessert and coffee somewhere else."

Ignorant of many elements of the British food scene as I am, I wondered, who is Ewan Venters?
