The 6th Edition takes place on Saturday, May 15, 2010 all over Europe.

For those of you who don't speak/read French as I do, I just wished the English version of the site worked.
For the UK, you can always check Museums at Night, the umbrella for events in Great Britain which spans the week -end (May 14-16).
This European event always is on the Saturday closest to May 18, International Museum Day for the past 30 years.
