It will be mostly a British affair at Chocolate Unwrapped 2010, one of the many facets of Real Food Festival in London which opened Friday, May 7 and closes Monday, May 10.

Saturday
12pm – Sara Jayne Stanes, author of Chocolate, A Definitive
Guide and chair of the Academy of Chocolate – chocolate tasting and
history of chocolate
1pm – Chocolate tasting with award winning chocolatier Paul a Young , author of Adventures with Chocolate, a decadent book. Is he showing his Chocolate Tool Set?
2pm – The UK’s newest chocolate producer Duffy Sheardown of Red Star Chocolate talks about how
chocolate is made and samples his chocolate.
3pm – Chocolate tasting with Gerard Coleman from Artisan du Chocolat . Will their new Orchid and Orange Blossom bar be part of the mix?
4pm – Philipp Kauffmann from Original Beans talks about conservation in
the chocolate industry and samples his chocolate bars.
Sunday
12pm – Artisan du Chocolat chocolate tasting
1pm – Chocolate tasting with award winning chocolatier William Curley
2pm – Chocolate tasting with London chocolatier Paul Wayne Gregory and his chocolate artistry
3pm – The UK’s newest chocolate producer Duffy Sheardown talks about how
chocolate is made and samples his chocolate
After checking all these offerings, I will definitely have to try and sample some of them.
