sherry Dijon vinaigrette

2nd Course
Cassoulet white bean stew,
duck confit, pork belly, garlic sausage

3rd Course
Selection of French Cheeses
Cremeaux de Borgogne soft creamy cow’s milk cheese
Boucheron slightly aged goat's milk cheese
Cantalet semi hard cow’s milk, similar to cheddar
Bleu d'Auvergne firm creamy blue cheese
made from cow's milk

$40 per person

Celebration kicks off at 5 PM (drinks, service and tax are not included though).
