Well, I am pushing the enveloppe a bit when I talk about Postage Stamp Sized Restaurants yet when eateries in question have room only for 6 to 10 tables as those mentioned in Petite Perfection (‘Small Perfection’) by John Brunton (FT Week-End, August 7), small they are indeed.
The author obviously mentions Spring which re-opened on Bastille Day and Yam’Tcha, another popular address.
I had not hear yet of Le Timbre ‘The Postage Stamp’ (above) near the Jardin du Luxembourg created by Chris Wright a Brit or Rino run by Italian chef Giovanni Passerini.
Rino, Le Timbre and Yam’tcha are currently closed for vacation.
