While food TV stars (Rachael, Paula, Bobby) are front and center on the main stage of Metropolitan Cooking & Entertaining Show 2010 those of you who actually cook will want to head to the Foodspring Pavillion with lower wattage yet useful offers.
Cake and Cupcake lovers, those who bake them, might want to stop by the ticings booth and see their latest "edible icing appliqués".
I just wish the Foodspring Pavillion had a wider array of offerings.
A visit to the Foodspring website could be more fulfilling.
For creature comforts they suggest some Alternate Nut Butters and Fruit Jams including Marilyn's Nut Butters which have the added advantage of being 'wheat, gluten, dairy, egg, and animal products' free.
I can recommend Marilyn's creations as I had the pleasure to taste them 2 years ago shortly after she got started.
A timely article by Foodspring is Thanksgiving on the road, 3 recipes that travel well (appetizer, soup and dessert).
