If you cannot get to the Pacific, let the Pacific come to you with this Buche Bora Bora by Des Gateaux et Du Pain, a recent addition to the inventive Pastry-Bakery shops scene in Paris.
Made with Tahitian vanilla and mangoes plus coconut milk, it has a tropical vibe to it and should clock lower on the calorie count than say, a Buche de Noel made with buttercream.
I also like the look of their Buche Borneo (limes, cream, pineapple, green ginger and coriander)
